This is the easiest Srilankan dessert. We can prepare with simple ingredients, those simply find in our kitchen. Kids love it so much! We can prepare this simple dessert within 15 minutes.<br />

<li>Cocoa Powder 3 table Spoon</li>
<li>Margarine 250 g</li>
<li>Milk 1 cup</li>
<li>Egg 1</li>
<li>Mari Biscuits 3.5 pkt</li>
<li>Vanilla essence 1tea spoon</li>
<li>Crushed cashew nuts</li>

<li>Add vanilla essence in a bowl.</li>
<li>Add margarine and beat well</li>
<li>Add Icing sugar little by little and beat well</li>
<li>Add cocoa powder and beat thoroughly to creamy texture.</li>
<li>Add egg and beat again.</li>
<li>Place a layer of this batter in a tray/ a wide bowl.</li>
<li>Dip biscuit in milk one by one and place layer of biscuits on to the layer of chocolate batter.</li>
<li>Likewise layer the rest of chocolate batter and soaked biscuits.</li>
<li>Final layer should be chocolate batter.</li>
<li>Finally sprinkle crushed cashew nuts on the top.</li>
<li>Leave this pudding in refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<li><b>Baking sod 1 pinch</b></li>
<li><b>Cocoa powder 2 table spoon</b></li>

<li><b>Butter 100g</b></li>
<li><b>Icing sugar 225g</b></li>
<li><b>Milk 2 table spoon</b></li>
<li><b>Cocoa powder 2 table spoon</b></li>
<li><b>Vanilla essence 1 tea spoon</b></li>
<li><b>Coffee essence 1 tea essence</b></li>

<li><b>Beat butter and sugar finely.</b></li>
<li><b>Add egg one by one and beat until the sugar melt thoroughly.</b></li>
<li><b>Meanwhile, stiff flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda times.</b></li>
<li><b>Add the flour mixture with batter and mix well.</b></li>
<li><b>Add milk and mix well.</b></li>
<li><b>Add vanilla essence and coffee essence. </b></li>
<li><b>Mix well with a wooden spoon.</b></li>
<li><b>Beat the mixture again.</b></li>
<li><b>Pour into the tray.</b></li>
<li><b>Bake at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.</b></li>
<li><b>stick a toothpick into the center of the cake, if there is wet batter still on the toothpick, it needs more time in the oven. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.</b></li>
<li><b>After cake cools down, mix all the ingredients of chocolate icing and apply over the cake.</b></li>
<li><b>If you wish, you may decorate the cake with nuts or fruits.</b></li>
